I understand that different businesses work in different ways and as such how I work with you is really up to you.
If you want it all taken off your hands, I can be your HR department – managing, administering and advising on all people management issues on a retained basis. Alternatively, I can provide HR and people management advice and undertake stand alone pieces of work and projects as and when you require. I can also work with you if you currently have an HR function by supporting them in delivering a particular project, handling cases when things get a bit hectic or simply providing an alternative professional view.
I can work with you at your business premises or remotely as you prefer.
Ad hoc support
Ad hoc support or stand alone pieces of work are charged at a reasonable and competitive hourly rate. If a piece of work may take a little longer, I offer half day (3 hours) and whole day (5 hours) rates, which work out at a reduced hourly rate.
Projects
Project fees will be agreed following our initial meetings and will be dependent upon the nature of the project, the support required and estimated duration.
All charges and fees will be agreed in writing at the outset.
