With over 15 years experience, I have worked in the public sector for a County Council, for a small private HR consultancy and a national law firm advising on and managing a range of workforce situations for a variety of businesses; from butchers, beauty salons and dairy farms to regional accountancy firms, and specialist manufacturing companies who operate on a global scale.
As a self employed HR Advisor, I have supported and advised a number of companies within the retail, finance, hospitality, charity, construction, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries with people management matters.
Professionally qualified with a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Development and Certificate in Personnel Practice. I am also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development.
